Zaynah i believe that was her name, provided an excellent experience at stiiizy today. Even while assisting another customer, she made sure I was acknowledged and taken care of. She guided me to the appropriate area to browse what i was looking for and ensured I would be helped as soon as another budtender became available. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and commitment to customer service really stood out. She went the extra mile to make sure I had a smooth experience and felt welcomed throughout my visit. even though i don't personally smoke, i stopped by with a friend and had a great experience. the store itself was spotless, well organized, and had a really clean, welcoming atmosphere. i don't usually write reviews, but the sale's associate zaynah was incredibly sociable while still being very professional. she was extremely knowledgeable about all the different products and options the store had to offer, answered every question thoroughly, and made the entire experience feel comfortable and informative. she's very concise. you can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers! i'd definitely recommend stopping by and asking for zaynah if she's in store. – Devin Conliffe

I had a really upsetting experience here. I parked in the front where there are faded lines next to the handicap spots. I’m currently recovering from a motorcycle accident and don’t have my placard yet, so I parked to the right. Security didn’t say anything when I walked in. After I made my purchase, the employee at the desk told me it wasn’t a spot. I immediately apologized and said I wouldn’t park there again. As I was leaving, another employee loudly asked, “Whose car is that?” I said it was mine and again apologized, explaining I was already told and was leaving. He then followed me outside all the way to my car, repeatedly telling me it’s not a parking spot even though I kept saying I understood. It felt aggressive and honestly like I was being accosted over a mistake I had already acknowledged. I left feeling attacked and very uncomfortable. During my Visit to Stiiizy to get some Camino sours, I was greeted and helped by an Associate named Zaynah. She was extremely intelligent and informal with the product I was buying. Also note that she was professional and courteous! I will recommend my friends to come here and ask for her along with my business again. – Steve
