Like many others , I placed an order over $100 – was charged from my bank account . Never received an email confirmation or any shipping or tracking info. This order was placed over two weeks ago from the time of this post . I have sent two emails to the “ support “ email , never got a response . Calling the number listed at the bottom of the website goes to an automated line to leave a message. No one ever answers . I wish I had read reviews before placing my order. I just sent one more follow up email – if I don’t receive some type of response in the next few days I will be disputing the charges with my bank and contacting the BBB – which I really don’t want to do – but It appears as of now that I’ve been outright ripped off . – Tighe Philbin

I placed two orders over a week again and have sent multiple messages / emails and have not gotten a single response. These people failed to put my full address and after it was shipped it got returned to sender due to I sufficient address. I was going to be a big time customer but after this I don’t see it happening. I still have gotten no response whatsoever to any of my attempts at contact. And now it appears on top of being ignored I’ve been ripped off. There’s been no replies, no refunds, and no products. They have officially stolen from me and have zero customer care or service. Truly disgusted. These “hater comments” aren’t fake. Any positive ones clearly are the fakes. I can’t believe they would stoop so low – Josh

Before I say what I'm about to say… Serene tree is "ok" if you know the secret. Otherwise the full price of these things aren't worth it, especially for all the hassle in case something happens. Inconsistent products. Non-functional phone number. Highly inconsistent email response, if any. Product inconsistencies (half will just burn the either the wick or whatever and you just get crap. High. But crap. Even got a 3g vape from them only to receive it nearly empty. Never got a response from them about that. Site is as buggy as a hot summer day in Florida. The free shipping inconsistently works and if you change something in your cart that messes with shipping or discounts applied. I only shop through them because I've got a secret that makes their products very affordable for the amount (paying probably 15 for a 3g d9 vape that's usually 45). But as soon as my state has it's dispensaries up and running… Bye bye serene tree and your inconsistencies and lack of customer support (seriously, the phone number to call them isn't in service and I tried for a few days and nothing. Email took forever, but they actually got back to me… 2 weeks later – Joshua Kim

They were great until….they weren't!!! Placed order on Jan 1 didn't come after a week called/emailed…no response. Did this for 3 weeks. Finally they are there today. They responded to my email saying item has shipped". I asked for a refund and was quickly told "Cant…it has been shipped" even though it didn't ship until today. Disgusted!!! Hope $40 is worth losing a monthly long time customer – Deann Nolley
