I placed two orders over a week again and have sent multiple messages / emails and have not gotten a single response. These people failed to put my full address and after it was shipped it got returned to sender due to I sufficient address. I was going to be a big time customer but after this I don’t see it happening. I still have gotten no response whatsoever to any of my attempts at contact. And now it appears on top of being ignored I’ve been ripped off. There’s been no replies, no refunds, and no products. They have officially stolen from me and have zero customer care or service. Truly disgusted. These “hater comments” aren’t fake. Any positive ones clearly are the fakes. I can’t believe they would stoop so low – Josh
Before I say what I'm about to say… Serene tree is "ok" if you know the secret. Otherwise the full price of these things aren't worth it, especially for all the hassle in case something happens. Inconsistent products. Non-functional phone number. Highly inconsistent email response, if any. Product inconsistencies (half will just burn the either the wick or whatever and you just get crap. High. But crap. Even got a 3g vape from them only to receive it nearly empty. Never got a response from them about that. Site is as buggy as a hot summer day in Florida. The free shipping inconsistently works and if you change something in your cart that messes with shipping or discounts applied. I only shop through them because I've got a secret that makes their products very affordable for the amount (paying probably 15 for a 3g d9 vape that's usually 45). But as soon as my state has it's dispensaries up and running… Bye bye serene tree and your inconsistencies and lack of customer support (seriously, the phone number to call them isn't in service and I tried for a few days and nothing. If I could have given them ZERO sars, I would have. There are so many other companies out there that will not treat you like crap once they have your money. It's not about the quality of the product. Complete lack of customer service. Coming from the East Coast over the years I've learned the California's customer service is garbage and it is here as well. Do you not like to do business with anyone outside of your own state? Do you think you're better than everyone else? It seems ridiculous that she would start a business and not respond to any emails or voicemails. I was going to sign up for subscription of $100 a month but you choose not to respond to my questions so why on Earth would I continue to give you my money that's a rhetorical question. Do you Californians know what rhetorical means? You don't know what good customer service means that's for sure. Your online profile is garbage and I'm sure my review won't help you – M C
