I was surprised to see how busy this place is. Line almost out the door. I mean it was a Friday night but I wouldn't expect a line out the door. Good for you guys and keep it up. Apparently we need more shops like this to help drive down prices or taxes is the main issue here. – Jen Armstrong
**UPDATE** Got here at 9:55 on the dot, called ahead of time even, I have chronic pain, I spend WAY too much money here to be turned away, because the last red light at the stop. While I was TOLD last call is at 9:55 and ON THE DOT as it turns 9:56 we are parked and my partner walks up to open the door, knocks, is YELLED at "WE'RE CLOSED!!!!!" I heard her from the car. I have been going to you guys for almost a year, and have told so many people that THIS is the spot. Many people were STILL showing up, and never have the doors closed like this when we have come even past closing time. I'm not sure what has changed but the last time I was in, something was miss priced but they didn't catch it, I did. So we're also possibly being way over charged with other products unknowingly. I'm so unbelievably disappointed because I know a lot of the bud tenders…. and manager. This poor behavior is NOT what I would expect from this establishment. Now I'm left in severe pain that my pain meds can't touch, even though we made it to last call, gas money WASTED. Look me up in your system along with my partner Oscar see how much we have spent. ON A FRIDAY NONETHELESS you're eager to lock up. I believe you have my number in the system. You may call me because I will be home, stuck in bed in severe pain. Extremely disappointed and mislead. If I hear nothing, via reply or call, I will be having everyone I brought to you to leave a review and we all will go somewhere better established. I want to give the opportunity to do the right thing. Thank you and know majority of the staff is amazing! Just noticing a lot of error that never used to be a problem. The issue was brought up to a female manager who could care less and tried to say it's "law" Don't lie to my spouse's face. 10pm in California is state law. It had just BARELY turned 9:56pm. It was already locked at 9:55pm, although they said 9:55 IS LAST CALL, not the doors are locked. We knew what we wanted and only he was running in. It was 2 not your father's and 2 Wyld that is up front. I've never seen their customer service go into the gutters. The customer service IS what had us coming back. And to not respond to this either to clear and resolve this issue????? Friends and family that I introduced will also be leaving reviews. We all wanted to see and allow time for Cakes to respond. We now know they do not care, whoever is now running it, this place use to be fun and hyped with great bud tenders. Now it's rude service, WRONG prices on items, and 0 accountability. This was my first time in this dispensary. I absolutely loved it!! Everything was so organized and they had awesome thc drinks. I really like the peach Tea. I would definitely buy it again. First time today and the receptionist got me checked in hassle free, explained the deals I would be receiving basically without me asking or a mind reader. Then the bud tender John, answered my questions and gave recommendations based on my needs and was great.
