Front desk very rude – had to register as FTP again even though I’ve been in store and security was not very nice about letting me know. Do not get Naideen when registering, ASK FOR SOMEONE else(that’s the name receptionist gave but they may be throwing someone else under the bus). Maive the budtender is the only reason we will be coming back, super knowledgeable about the science of weed products. Just go to Stiizy store and get Trevor down the street or skip the area altogether – Eric Lopez
This was my first time in this dispensary. I absolutely loved it!! Everything was so organized and they had awesome thc drinks. I really like the peach Tea. I would definitely buy it again. I came in for my first time last week on Juneteenth. The store was packed, but that didn't stop Cake House from providing a top-tier customer experience. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Kevin. His calm and upbeat personality was a perfect match for me, who comes in any and every establishment flapping my gums off because I'm home with kids 24/7. He helped me find exactly what I needed at my communicated price point. Kevin is an absolute gem! I NEVER write reviews, but my experience at The Cake House has been on my mind since my visit two weeks ago. I am sure that the whole team at The Cake House is friendly and professional (Andrew? from the back made a brief appearance and he was also awesome) but I really want to highlight how amazing Kevin is. Kevin is always a pleasure to see working. He never fails to acknowledge my boyfriend and I; regardless of if he's helping us out or not. He's super personal and always remembers what we want! Which is impressive considering we don't come out often! One of the main reasons we come back. Everyone is always friendly and ABLE to answer questions, give suggestions, etc. I usually always go for the same product. Today I didn’t see it on the shelf; but Pat knew he had more in the back. He stopped what he was doing to help me. I appreciate his willingness to help when he didn’t need to. Kevin helped me at the counter, as he has a few other times. He always greets me as a friend would, and makes my time at this business worth the drive. I’d drive an hour just to come back to cakehouse. Hold on to your staff.
