The environment seems very ghetto from the uncensored loud music to the very much looking miserable all the time staff. And don’t even get me started on the taxes here it’s ridiculous! I’ve only been here twice since it’s opening completing a purchase just once but this will be my last. There are much better local options imo that are both way better as far as the experience, environment & professionalism, also others don’t charge taxes either. Would just like to state for the record that this review is not a fact as it is just my experience after observation in the 2 trips I’ve been there. – Justino Cardona

Went there for the first time on the 28th of January. I bought a cartridge and brought the cartridge home. Then it didn't work with my battery. Went back couple days later. They helped me out by helping me pick out a new battery. Both experiences the people at the store were very nice and helpful and I would go again – Heather Seaman
