I walked a whole 30 mins to make it before 10pm which is supposed to be closing time I arrived at 9:49 at the gate and was not let in for the first time after going here for years. now apparently last entry is 9:50 which I still made on time even a min before and I seen the female security who was guarding the gate was too busy talking to other female customers and by the time she seen me waiting at the gate she said last entry was 9:50 which was the exact time and she still refused to let me in and proceeded to let the other customers she was talking to in. I find it unfair and disrespectful after being a loyal customer. the hours should be changed to 9:50pm instead of 10pm and the security needs to be considerate for customers who been there on time just because I didn’t have a car and came walking while customers were inside the gate just chilling in their cars wasting time while I’m locked outside the gate being rejected. we’ve been 4 times, 2/4 times we have gotten defective items. the first time we ignored it and took the L. the 3rd time we went in we asked if they had an exchange policy for defective stuff. the 4th time we went we got a dispo that barely pulled anything, the liquid itself was so dark rather than a light nice shade.. and we went back for the exchange- we literally spent $60. only for a guy to tell us he “only exchanges defective” ones. we literally told him to try it. he starts going on and on about how its not defective and thats how it pulls naturally… ITS NOT ! its literally defective, you can try blinking it and i kid you not little to no smoke comes out. lame! why say youll change defective ones but when we come in- you dont ! – gabs m
