The girls are nice as a they can say hello but other than that, they have shitty attitudes and don’t want to do math and get mad at you when you correct them. They have Little to no knowledge in the products they’re selling the only reason I go there is to get a deal, but it’s a shame I have to deal with attitude. I believe there’s a respectful way to enforce rules, especially when dealing with regular customers. I spend roughly $500 a week at your location, and I’ve always been pleasant and respectful to the staff. If that kind of loyalty is met with hostility and then dismissed as “disrespect,” I’m more than happy to take my business elsewhere. Wishing you all the best – Raven Marie

I used to come here every day and always had pleasant experiences. The staff was usually friendly, professional, and the overall vibe was welcoming — especially with the pretty, well-mannered people that made the visits enjoyable. Unfortunately, my most recent experience changed that. As I walked in to get my flower, a girl immediately started yelling at me in a very aggressive and unnecessary way. It felt like she forgot I was a paying customer, not someone who had to be there. Her attitude was hostile and off-putting, and she carried herself like someone who was mad at the world and finally had a little power to throw around. I spoke with the supervisor and let them know I won’t be coming back because of that experience. Honestly, I’m sure they won’t miss me — but they might eventually appreciate the feedback. That kind of energy is bad for business. Any other time I’ve had to deal with rules or policies, it’s been communicated respectfully. This was different. That girl is not a good reflection of what this business used to be. Pretty faces might draw people in, but respect and professionalism are what keep them coming back. I later spoke to the management and she banned me which is funny because I told her I wouldn’t come back here. It's always a nice atmosphere and environment, Everytime I go there the help is always courteous , today Luisa helped me like many other times she's always on point happy with a smile and Good energy she knows her stuff. And always helps me look at items when I wanna to pick and choose. Not only that the parking lot is excellent, also the security personnel are cool . They have good deals and happy hour.
