Every experience I’ve had walking into the store has been fine. Good even. The deals products and sales are not bad , Butprobably not the best either. Most of why I’m leaving three stars is in regards to the app. For whatever reason, I see always have little issues when I use their app, but now it is requiring me to turn on my location because they are insisting on shoving some tracking Feature Down my throat. I just feel there already way too many things competing for my attention, money and privacy…Okay. I’m done. – Innermost
It was my first time here, and Zach was absolutely amazing! The staff as a whole were very welcoming and eager to help, but Zach went and above and beyond. From answering all my questions to keeping the energy flowing, I was super happy with my experience, and I know that anyone else who comes will too. – lady

Zach was soooo nice and gave amazing customer service! However, the security guard at the front was so rude and made me feel uncomfortable with his attitude. Everyone else at haven is so GREAT!! 5/5/26 – MEGAN CROUCH
