My budtender today, Sofie, was very helpful!! Haven had great prices as usual, and I left with more than what I walked in hoping to get and still didn't break my bank account despite the ridiculously high taxes the county steals from us. I've been going here for about 2 or 3 years now after moving back to L.A. and it's still the best dispensary in the area. – Jen Becerra
Budtender was great but had a misunderstanding and I was given the wrong product. I realized in the lot and returned the the store and was denied a chance to exchange the product even though my receipt has a written 30-day return/exchange policy. Overall a good experience turned bad from what feels like false advertisement to me. – spencer felder

My bartender remained calm and cool as the other side of the pillow when the WiFi crashed and the pos system went out. She quickly created a plan of action to get the system up and running with minimum customer wait. Very professional Hope you guys have a wonderful weekend – Darin
