This store wasn't my first Haven experience but it's definitely one of the best in terms of friendliness and customer service. The guards are welcoming and don't have an attitude and the bud tenders are very friendly and knowledgeable. Whether you know what you like or need help deciding, or want to try something new, they are all knowledgeable and ready to help and take their time to assist you. It never feels rushed and you get the best service and quality products. I have to give a special shout-out to Mia who has helped us numerous times. She's been super friendly, super helpful and downright awesome. It's so nice to have a store with employees who care. It's not just a job but one where they can relate and share experiences and give recommendations. We love it! Thank you all at Haven Maywood for being so helpful and friendly! – Jason Vega

Extremely rude scam artist! Don’t come here have 40% deal still feel like getting scammed Staff was really Rude Will say Can get a pre-roll for a first time patient but got scared because it’s at 4.99 at check out but she said oh that’s not included in the charge, i said oh ok. So when I went to the car, I saw there’s no pre-roll so I asked where is the pre-roll and they said you didn’t want it. I said no I believe that i would have to pay for it and you said no and i said oh ok. then she said have to wait back of the queue in a 30 minute line when I was already been there for an hour. Tell me I need my ID again so I go back outside saying That’s ridiculous I open the door angrily as there’s people walking in and the line is filling up longer and said you’re being Ridiculous. Go back in but because “slam” door can’t get. I’m like if that’s your choice to bully people around and don’t expect them to get angry didn’t even mean to try to slam im sorry i have a disability. Maybe you should get a different job if you don’t like dealing with people. Have nothing else to do besides power tripping. Now she’s messaging my Dms texting me “maybe if i was a little more patient”. Like i already was the first time I walked in. Acting like I Didn’t already pay for something and could see happening to someone else. Wants to say respect goes both ways like you and your coworker had any…. – Ashlynn D

I usually never write reviews, even with bad experiences but I have never had a legit shop be so sketchy. I had a few times already where something was a different price on the register than the display or online and when I asked about it I was given different reasons. Today was my last straw. The reason given for a price not matching was a different design in the cart, but I bought the same cart previously at the lower price. Then when asked why the price increase matched the price of what was supposed to be the actual live resin carts (the one I chose was the lower quality one from same brand), the reason was changed to " it only applied to that specific flavor actually ". So I changed flavors. In any regular retail store if the price doesn't match what is being shown to customers it's usually reported. If anyone is checking this store out make sure they aren't ringing you up for a higher price than you realize. – Katya Figueroa
