Worst dispensary ever. It’s my first time coming to any catalyst. Thought I’d give it a chance. Came for kingroll and they DONT OFFER FIRST TIME DEALS OR ANY DISCOUNT. $17 for a kingroll for your first time when I can just go to ANY PACKS OR LA KUSH and get it cheaper for my first time and with no discount $17. Make it make sense catalyst, I’d love to give y’all another chance but stop false advertising ALSO THEY ONLY HAD 1 PERSON HELPING WITH A LINE OF 5PEOPLE WAITING – Omar

The lady checking me in was nice but the cashier was rude. Products are hella over priced, location sucks. Overall experience was 3/10. From all the catalyst locations this one is by far the worst one. Best one is in Van Nuys. – Oscar

I was so excited when they opened but this catalyst is not like the other ones. The people are rude and not helpful. I put in an order and usually they hold it. I entered it for the latest time available and didn't receive any notification stating that it had to be picked up at that window. Come to find out they posted signs in the store a week ago per the rude customer service person. I assume she was the manager as she took over our order once they couldn't find it. I told her qe received no notification in the online order and she said it was posted in the store for a week. Obviously I don't work there so I don't go there everyday so how would I know that? Just go to lakewood. They are the best super nice. – Julia Cota
