I scored Haven a three for two reasons 1. The unimpressive 1st time buyer offer…..it didn't exist. I did get a $2 pack of wraps not sure if it was based on my purchase or 1st time buyer 🤷🏿 2. The customer service was trash. I felt like more of a nuisance than a welcomed new customer. The 1st bud tender to greet me was bubbly and attentive, then she was gone. Literally I put my head down to decide and looked up and she was gone, on to the next customer. In front of me stood another tender that just appeared. She was short, rude and aggressive in her initial approach. As I made up my mind she too moved on to something else. Once my mind was made up I stood for several minutes while she did what she was doing and engaged in conversation with another employee. I found this one on Weedmaps while looking for a sale items. I wouldn't return here if in the area, unless there's a sale I can't resist. I'm a personable person and value customer service and places that in turn treats buyers like a valued customer. – monica veal
Yo, shout out to Nikki with the Hella cute nails! When my platinum French bulldog opal and I came in to give you a visit it was all LuV from the time I entered to the time I left and when I say LuV, I mean puppy love!! There was about three other dogs with their dog owners, and the store still was under control. Shout out to The security guy who helped me, Very friendly, very genuine and And my pup approves too! The music was at a nice level, floor was shining like new, lots of choices and they make it comfortable to shop, and did I mention the kick ass promo? Shout out to Riley. Funny, personable and chill as heck. Made my experience at Haven a very pleasant one and I will be coming back if this is the caliber of employees staffed at Haven. So often at dispensaries the bud tenders simply do not care but im happy to report that is not the case here. 10/10 experience even if it is a little more pricier than some of the other dispensaries in the area – Tyler Christ
I come here pretty often and usually have a great experience, which is why this was disappointing. My fiancé and I placed a curbside order tonight and waited outside, but no one ever came out. When he eventually went inside to check on the order, there were several employees standing around talking. We understand places can get busy, but some communication or acknowledgment would have been appreciated. – Kyra Jackson
