I am disabled and trekked the half mile from my house for my caregiver and Fiancé brought me in to introduce me. I was in Heaven! I was just reminding Anthony of the wonderful experience I had with him and thanked him for the help getting me to you and back home safely. As for Matthew, his service was top notch as I was disheveled coming in, feeling like a kid in a candy store I asked to please keep it simple and point me to a great deal which, thankfully and gratefully he did. You have a beautiful establishment and I do wish I could get out more but alas, it'll be like Greta Garbo, if you see me, say hey! Or know that I am grateful for you and the service you provide to our community, our neighborhood and our city. On July 4th, I waited patiently for my name to be called for service. Unfortunately, no one acknowledged my presence or asked if I needed help. Many other customers who arrived after me were assisted before I was. I would not recommend this location to anyone, especially if you are coming from out of town. There is a lack of respect here. I went to find help for my neighbor who is battling cancer and the chemo was attacking her body with debilitating pain. Your staff there were so patient and helpful. I took it to my neighbor cutting the piece in fourths. She told me it helped, she was able to sleep.
