Steve Pichardo provided outstanding service from start to finish. I stopped in for a strawberry milkshake, and it was genuinely one of the best I’ve ever had. It was so good that I came back for a second one—and it was just as incredible. Steve was friendly, welcoming, and made the entire experience memorable. It’s rare to find both exceptional service and a product that exceeds expectations, but this was exactly that. God bless these trees, and God bless the people who make moments like this possible. This is the second time where they’ve offered a promotion, and have not honored it. Went and got 3 Hawaiian snow full gram vape pods. Even though it showcases a live resin pod in the promotion itself, they refuse to honor the promotion once again this being the second time a promo was denied. The first time they blamed it on weed maps not being synced correctly with their system, but this time is clearly just the ball being dropped by corporate and they’re lack of attention to detail when indicating what items are under promotions. I without question cannot stand whoever is managing the logistics of this business as it is quite frustrating from a customer standpoint to be let down not once, but now twice in two scenarios resulting from online promotions, not being honored at store… The first time being from a few months back when I had a additional $10 off for these same exact three pods and unfortunately was denied that promotion and was requested to pay full price of that current promotion at that time instead of it being $50 It was $60 which isn’t a big deal but the principal still stands that you don’t stand by your promotions and you don’t work to make situations right for your customers in-house. not at any time today, was I ever offered as a courtesy a one penny promotional item to make up for the fallout that took place because of how they manage their promotions as it clearly showcases a live resin pod within the promotion that would constitute it being part of it, but nothing was offered for restitution either which leaves me a little bitter from the second situation. – Mike Smith

I’m at this location all the time, and it’s hands down the best Stiiizy in the city. The vibe in here is always on point, super clean, organized, and the staff is consistently welcoming and helpful from the second you walk through the door. A huge shoutout to Allyson! She is an absolute gem. She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed and made the whole experience so easy. She’s super knowledgeable and has such a great, welcoming energy.
