Usually a great experience here but the manager on duty has an attitude. You can tell he doesn’t want to be here. Don’t come even a second past 9 for the early bird promotion. I was in line before 9 (they only have one budtender) but because I had to wait for the other two people in front of me they wouldn’t honor the discount. I don’t think I would have minded if they didn’t first try to convince me what I got wasn’t even eligible for the discount & then the manager just said there’s nothing he can do now. The girl budtender was at least trying to be nice about it. – Janette Jasso

I was first in line for the block party last week. I've been buying on "block party" days, at all Mr Nice Guy locations for months. I heard through the heard thru the grape vine the product I love the most was BOGO so I was looking forward to shopping!!! From the jump, all the staff looked like they'd rather be in bed than at work and my bud tender didn't want to explain any of the sales going on. It was more like: "what do you want?" I told her I wanted the Jetty Solventless carts — which were BOGO. I should have gotten 2 1 gram carts and 2 ½g carts that were on promo for $1 each. It should have cost about $140-150, but she refused to give me the "over $70 discount" or the block party discount and said my total was over $200–which is fine if I was actually getting $200 worth of merch. She said I couldn't get the promo and the discount in the same transaction—which means there is literally no deal or discount. Anyway, every single other Nice Guy location hooks it up on Block Party days–especially to the first 10 in the door. I ended up not purchasing the carts. I went to another Nice Guy location down the street (shout out 3211 S Harbor) and got a better deal, which is sad because it was just a regular sale day for them. I'm extremely disappointed, because I look forward to the block parties and the discounts and goodie bags. Im going to the Dyer block party tomorrow. Hopefully they are better than St Gertrude–but it shouldn't take much effort. – Alex Howard

This was my first time visiting and was very impressed with the quality and knowledgeable staff. A very nice young lady named Serena was very patient with all of our questions regarding strengths and flavors. 100/10 – diana steger
