Came all way out here from Arizona, wanna give shoutout to AC I believe his name was great customer service even better vibes man was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Came down for my birthday had a great time even got a free 8th couldn’t be any happier! I’m glad this store is being ran by good people, Nip would’ve been proud! 6/5 in my opinion highly recommend! – Bobby Jr.
worst experience OF MY LIFE. bought a preroll only to find out there was nothing inside. drove back to return it and they immediately have an attitude and claim they shake every container beforehand to check. they start accusing us of stealing it ($10 btw) and are yelling at us. they said they've seen my friend do this multiple times before and that they have a record of it on their iPad. we then ask the lady to show us proof because she's obviously capping and she hides her iPad and says she doesn't need to lol. the manager was no help and stayed smiling at us like a psychopath. we leave and the lady follows us out the store yelling to never come back. absolute joke of an establishment and embarrassment to Nipsey's name. So prices are a little wild, hoping the burger would make up for it and it did for the most part but didn't really wow me like most wagyu burgers claim they will do. The fries were a joke. Like I'm paying 20 bucks for the burger, drink, and a light boat of fries. Just like in n out. If you don't eat it then and there the fries are stone cold. They get a 1 because everyone was nice. But the score is because the food truck in front of the store screwed up my order. Then when I called the guy said I need to drive all the way back to the store. I live in Perris. They need better measures when they screw up and meals are $20. Waste of $$$$. Wings were good but couldn’t taste the burger when they didn’t make it right. – t s
