I always have a good experience with Elevate, I use edibles to help with anxiety and depression. They have good prices and everyone there is very kind. I have two regular drivers and they both always a pleasant to deal with. You do have to allow for a delivery window that can be 90 minutes but the convenience and the prices make it worthwhile. – Cronecast AtTheRisingMoon

Visiting LA – first time at a dispensary & so happy I chose this place! The security/reception was welcoming & friendly – A great start! Then we got shown around by ‘Kenneth’ who was super awesome! Very informative with all the blends/brands/buds – didn’t pressure me at all & allowed me to take my time to enjoy looking at all the products. Full of great vibes & chat! Then checked out with “Stephanie” which again really cool girl, left real happy with our goodies & will be a loyal customer! – Ejay Jay

I’ve been a client here since they open, i always love coming in and the staff have been really cool specially seeing the security guard with glasses and Stephanie! They’re always so nice and very knowledgeable. Lately i haven’t seen Stephanie and there’s new faces, they’re definitely not friendly at all(this is the second time), they have zero knowledge on the products, you ask them a question and they just ignore you. For example while i was waiting to pay (which it took more than 10min) i actually got to see more products of what i was looking for but the sales person didn’t even show me or offer me but since i already waited so long and his attitude was not welcoming i decided to check out and go. The security guards were the only Ones that greeted me and luckily he was the one to check me out. Im definitely so disappointed on who they have selling and engaging with their clients. Next time i wonna pick up i would have to go to Granada hills location. Update: Owner responded said to call or stop by. I called in the afternoon they told me call back in an hour for the manager, called back and they just left me on hold and told that she was busy right now. I passed by on my way home 15min later and they told me she didn’t work today, and they had no idea when she would be in. This just shows the kind of management this place now has. I won’t be back for a while. – jenny smoisman

Elevate is absolutely the best! Friendly staff, quality product and the best delivery people on the planet, especially Aaron Semain!! Always prompt, always calls me to let me know he’s here and is always smiling and professional. I order in the mornings hoping to get Aaron or one of the other great morning drivers. 😄 – Becky Brown
