I’m writing to formally report a disturbing incident that occurred during my visit to The Plant dispensary on 6/25 @1pm involving your security guard, Jayston. I arrived on my personal scooter, which is valued at approximately $1500, and was immediately told by Jayston that I had to leave it outside. I politely explained that this is not a shared scooter (e.g., Lime or Uber) and expressed concern about leaving it unattended due to theft risk — especially given the visible foot traffic and unhoused individuals in the area. Jayston responded with hostility and aggressively told me the scooter was not coming inside. Fortunately, your manager Jillian intervened and informed both of us that there is a designated area inside for scooters like mine. However, while I was calmly voicing my concerns to the manager, Jayston left his post and came toward me in an aggressive and threatening manner, using disrespectful language and trying to escalate the situation physically. This created an unsafe environment and caused unnecessary stress. After my purchase, I checked in with the manager again, who acknowledged that Jayston’s behavior was unacceptable and said he would speak to him about issuing an apology. We waited outside for about 10 minutes, but Jayston refused and instead told me to “buzz off” and said I should just file a complaint with the security company. This kind of treatment is shocking and unacceptable for a retail establishment. I was a paying customer simply trying to protect my property and enjoy my visit. Instead, I was treated with aggression, intimidation, and zero accountability from your security representative. I am requesting the following: • A formal apology from your team for this incident • Assurance that disciplinary action will be taken against Jayston • A review of your security protocol and retraining on customer interaction and conflict de-escalation • An explanation of how you plan to prevent incidents like this from happening again – A M

Just left after first time visit. AMAZING customer service. I know literally nothing about weed etc. and only use Camino Deep asleep…I wanted to try some other items from the brand because I like it so much. Lovely young lady was sooo helpful and kind – was really happy to share info on what the products do, what is different etc. great experience and I can’t say how nice it was to have someone so eagerly provide EXCELLENT service.
