Came to EMBR after looking at all the wonderful reviews! Nice place with nice employees. The girl that helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was because I there was a long line of people waiting and not enough room to wait inside the shop, and they should have more employees working to cater to the people waiting in line. – JOE THOMAS
Jordan has honestly been one of the best bed tenders I’ve had since I was 18 and I’m 37. He makes it a point to make your day just a little bit better every time you come in! 1st visit to store. It was approaching closing time. I was looking for a specific product, didn’t want to keep the staff from getting off work on time. Luis could see I was hurried but explained his time was my time and since it was my first visit he offered to show me around. Store was logically laid out, types of items were easily located. Vince was an exceptionally helpful Customer Services Representative. Today was my 1st time visiting EMBR and I was a little intimidated trying to navigate the stock on my own. Vince was courteous and very knowledgeable. He walked me through my options and gave me some great insights. I made my selections and was really happy with my purchases.
