They demand tips. This is sad owner doesn’t pay workers enough. They’re so hungry and desperate about you tip them. If you don’t feel comfortable to pay tips – there’s couple options around where they don’t ask you for that. Support good owners who pay workers enough. Don’t support the bad ones. I don’t recommend going to this store. – John

I’ve been coming to this shop for a while now and everytime I come in all the staff is very welcoming. I’ve learned all the budtenders names since they’re all so great, Carol and Jade are my favorite but they’re all really good overall and all the management there is also very helpful when needed. CHEATS !!! They sold me Boutiq 510 cart that was empty and refused to replace or refund my money. They lost a $400. to $500. a month customer over $7. This is what happens when you let little girls run your business that aren't old enough to have any business experience. – Bill Scott

I came in with a friend a week ago. Very rude heavy guy at pickup. Didn't come out to help customers for at least 5 minutes while I was waiting and there was about 3 people ahead of me. He skipped many of us waiting and went straight to the young attractive woman who came in after I did and she only waited about 2 minutes. I saw him get in an argument with a guy who complained and gaslighted him and told him to calm down for making a valid point. You never tell customers to calm down especially when the person is calm. That's customer service 101, coming from a business owner. Is this sign of poor management or was he just having a bad day? – Janice Cohen

MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! She kicked me out for asking how long would the wait be and told me you don’t have to be here. And she called security and said she was the owner and to get out of the store. She clearly was not the owner. She said she was the owner and that that was her shop. Disgusting behavior. The security guard told me she just got hired and is not the owner lol. WILL NEVER COME BACK!!! – Maritza
