The budtender on Saturday night was extremely rude / condescending. They have a special every day of the week. I only can have edibles and not flower / prerolls (due to medical reasons). I wanted to purchase the special, and he very loudly said ‘so you’re just buying the cheapest thing in the store’ (clearly meant for the other customers to hear). Dispensaries should be judgement free and employees should be trying to help customers, not just trying to upsell them or treat them poorly with no knowledge of a customer’s medical needs. This is also right next to a college campus, so people preferring a deal / special should be expected (especially when you have it up on signs in the store and promote it online). Would recommend going to the other shop 5 minutes down the street, much friendlier staff. – Nick
Who ever is in charge of stocking the store has been failing to do so for months now. It seems that the store is constantly losing products and downsizing. Always had a good experience with the bud tenders but with no stock there is no reason to go to the store. – Alex J
will not be returning to this dispensary. I’ve been in a few times, and while my past visits were fine, my last experience was completely unacceptable. The middle-aged white male budtender made me feel incredibly uncomfortable with his rude and condescending behavior. I only ever use a vape at night to help me sleep—nothing crazy. When I told him what I wanted, he loudly announced, “So you’re getting the two cheapest things in the store?” in a way that was clearly meant to be demeaning. It was loud enough that other employees turned their heads and chuckled. It was humiliating and completely uncalled for. If the staff has an issue with selling “cheap” products, maybe they should take it up with whoever handles inventory instead of taking it out on customers. After all, this location is in a college town—affordable options should be expected. Instead of apologizing, he awkwardly tried to change the subject by asking where I was from and tried to make small talk, as if that would somehow smooth things over. I anxiously laughed it off and got out of there as soon as possible. A dispensary should be a judgment-free zone where customers feel welcomed, not embarrassed. If this is how they treat people, I’d strongly recommend shopping elsewhere. I very rarely write reviews and contemplated this one for a few days because I never want to leave anything negative however I would hate for someone to ever feel the way I did when I left the store. – M O
