The staff here is always so helpful! Jules and Diko alway come right up and greet me, and the past two times I went, Olivia and JoJo answered my million questions about products and new strains. Throughout my times here, Annie, Des and Sydney also were very helpful and so friendly. The location feels safe and welcoming and always has new items. This dispensary or more like experience is in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. As soon as you step in the door you are greeted warmly and they walk you thru the store answering any questions or inquires you have. The prices are the best I have seen in all of Los Angeles. They have something for everyone here buds, micro buds if your on a budget, edibles, merch, and even ounces priced under 100 dollars. You will find something you love here and keep on coming back. Des helped the last couple times I've come in to shop and she is always amazing making sure I leave satisfied every time. Thank you Medmen DTLA! – Sundiata Daaka

This dispensary is close to my new home so I decided to make it my spot. I've been here at least 5 times already in the last week and spent more than $400. Today I came in and I could barely breathe from the intense chemical smell from one of the employees "cleaning" the display shelves. I had to put my shirt over my nose just to breathe throughout the front of the store. Even one of their own employees was wearing a little tiny gas mask too. Yet they had all doors shut, they weren't even trying to ventilate it. I just don't understand. I tried to walk to the ATM to pull out money for my order, but the security guard had his feet kicked up on one of the display cases, blocking the pathway as he was talking on his cellphone. He just kept looking at me as if it annoyed him that he had to lower his feet off of the display case so that a customer could use the ATM to spend money at their business. The arrogance and lack of customer service was shocking. Then I go to the Budtenders counter to make my order. I set my little stack of money down on the counter and start talking to the girl with the pink hair about what I want to order. She said "Oh I'm at this register over here" and without saying anything or asking first, she quickly snatches up my lil stack of cash and debit cards, then walks over to her register and sets it on the counter over there, as I stood in shock watching her. After that and everything else that happened I was pretty pissed off and felt hella uncomfortable there. Especially since i had just spent $70 there yesterday and I was already back again spending again and they want to treat me like that. I was able to get my order and left without any further issues but it was just such a weird and unwelcoming experience…I definitely would have continued shopping here multiple times a week and spent a lot of money but after today I don't think I will be returning. This was yet another case of the business itself being GREAT, but the employees acting childish and unprofessional and ruining it, making you not want to come back. – Robert G
