Updated Review as of June 2025 – Not quite the same as they used to be. Communication is still good, but deliveries seem to be spaced out big time. If I call and place an order for delivery, it's 4-6 hours until the driver will be leaving the store. Inventory has been severely lacking, especially in the extracts department. Not really sure what has happened, but there used to be well known brands with a huge variety. Now we have 2-3 basically no name brands to choose from with not the best quality. Drivers are always super pleasant, thats the one thing that has stayed consistent. Just wish they would get back to what they had. I would love to give The Roots all my business, but with their inventory so lacking, I have had to branch out and find other dispensaries that offer better selections. I check the website about once a week hoping to see something change, but over the past couple months, the menu seems to get smaller and smaller. ——————————————————————————————————- I don't know why I try and shop anywhere else. After being burned by the other competition in Lompoc with just terrible customer service, The Roots is a breath of fresh air. They communicate quickly and effectively, their time frames are accurate ( I mostly do deliveries), and everyone you deal with is always in a pleasant mood and easy to work with. Will continue to recommend them to everyone I know, couldn't say enough good things about them. If you aren't shopping here, you are doing yourself a disservice. They know how to treat their customers right. – Alex
