Bleu Diamond Delivery

I went to the store the day before I left for Mexico. I bought a vape pen that was clogged from the time I unwrapped it. I got back from Mexico and tried to turn it in for a new one (obviously, it was still full). But they wouldn't let me return the item. He said he could give me a discount on a new one. The guy said, "hey, it's right there on the receipt…24 hour return policy." If I had simply wanted to return an item for any other reason than it was defective, I could understand that. But…even after I said I'd never go back there again, he would not replace my defective item. So, there are PLENTY of other dispensaries in Lompoc, and if Blue Diamond won't replace defective items, I know Royal Healing by Walmart will. So no more Blue Diamond for me!! – Hilary Steves
