Catalyst Cannabis Dispensary Grover Beach

⚠️CAUTION⚠️ I came in a while back and one of there employees either stole my credit card information or charged me double for a transaction. I came into the shop to ask the employees about it and they brought up my transaction but didn’t see it double charged. I showed them my bank statements and the manager confirmed that it was their system that charged me twice. The little girl I dealt with name is Serena and she is completely disrespectful. She said soemthing about me smelling and made a weird gesture. When I get off of work sometimes I stop your shop and purchase items. Sorry for my buisness but it’s definitely gonna be going elsewhere. The security guard Matthew needs to be fired as welll he has a major attitude problem. I’ve never had a bad experience with this guy but thats unacceptable once I find out the company he works for I will be calling to make a complaint. Serena and Matthew need to be fired. You guys used to have older people working with such amazing vibrant attitudes but these younger kids you have working need to go. Way to much attitude and they don’t seem happy to be working for you. Had to rewrite my review with alot more details in naming your employees because it seems like whoever is charge of this page is protecting their employees. – Alejandro Esparza

I’m completely shocked at the disrespect and way the security guard Matthew treated this guy today. I was standing in line and me and this random guy pretty much walked in at the same time. He handed over his id and the first thing this security guard said was something about him giving him attitude, and that when he comes in here he needs to keep his comments to himself and not talk to anyone. What a way to treat your customers. Last time I checked this was a free county and our first amendment right is freedom of speech. That security guard made me feel so upset I walked out the door and went to NHC. Glad I caught his name on the way out! Whoever that poor guy who he was yelling at Is I feel sorry for. That security guard needs to be fired. I see why this shop is always changing owners and the previous dispensary’s are going out of business. Being in a corner and having bad employees doesn’t help your business, please do better. Will be telling all my buddies at work about this guy and laughing about how we’re gonna be boycotting Catalyst. I work for a steel manufacturing plant in San Luis this is gonna be a good morning talk over a cup of joe. – Dewey Weasley

Headed in to grab some meds I was asking the female budtender who was assisting me about the discounts when a rude employee with a beard decided to step in and say we cant just give stuff for free around here. All the guy kept complaining about is some inspection pretty much if you have a problem dont take it out on other people. Customer service Bottom tier.
