Favorite dispensary 🥰 I've been coming here for YEARS and still do even though I've moved a little further away, the deals are just so good. The bud tenders here are some of the most knowledgeable people and super friendly too! There's often a wait but it moves very quickly. I don't think I've had to wait more than 10 minutes. Every day has amazing deals, I keep going back for the 40% off Heavy Hitters products on Fridays! They also do a stamp card for 20% off after 10 stamps. 🫶 – Maddy Salazar
CannaCruz has a lovely staff, GREAT deals, and an amazing atmosphere. Every single time I go in, the budtender is always SO nice and helpful. They support local artists by selling their paintings which is ADORABLE and I always feel so welcomed. Curtis is always super friendly and helpful and THAT GUY. I went in earlier today before a concert and Grace gave amazing suggestions and was THE SWEETEST!!! :) I always end up getting my moneys worth and the best customer service. P.S I went to KindPeoples and they were not very kind so going to CannaCruz was a great experience for me and I'm happy to say this is the BEST DISPENSARY in Santa Cruz ngl. – Erika Deihl
The Watsonville location employees are great! The two guys and one blonde lady who I don’t know any of their names but. They are so great. (One of the guys isn’t a manager but the manager himself is also great!) everyone is so kind and helpful and I always leave smiling ! – lacey rose
Place sucks and is way overpriced . None of the things that I wanted from their online or in store menus were available. Manager came and said they don't actually carry any of those products and he apologized. Said he would remove them from the website someday (we are talking over 20 products that are advertised and not really sold. Any of the rosins under 45 dollars for example. Oance you get to the store same products are double the price and under a different brand. He agreed with me that it wasn't fair and said he would match the price with another live rosin cart they do have and that I could have it for 25. But it would have to be one that "leaks if not upright". I agreed and decided to get more things out of respect for the price match. Even the bud tender as he rang me up said they were happy I could get such a good deal and how they wish they could get it for 25 always. The when it came time to pay I saw that I actually got charged 35. Mentioned it to the manager and he said it's all he can do after we agreed on 25. Two times bait and switched back to back. As someone that has owned their own business I can tell you this place offers pathetic management and an unpleasant experience. He amost seemed cool and got a new local client for life, but just couldn't do the right thing and keep his word when it came to 10 extra dollars. Greedy, cheap management and false advertising. Its not even about the money, I still hesitantly bought everything but I would not have bought anything if he didn't offer the price match option that in the end wasn't delivered. Its about how they take advantage of their clients and their overpriced products. You have been warned! – Vlad
We really liked this place it has a great selection and plenty to offer. Unfortunately, the surrounding area feels unsafe, which makes it hard to fully enjoy visiting. It would be nice to see more efforts to make the neighborhood safer and more welcoming, because the shop itself deserves better surroundings. – Frank Jones
