BEYOND / HELLO Santa Barbara Dispensary

This is my all time favorite dispensary simply for the people! Walking in the door being greeted by Courage the guard at the front desk was amazing! He is so kind and full of excitement and energy and such an amazing vibe! Then going to the back with the great selection to be met with Geslia the bud tender is great! She is so knowledgeable and kind and informed! The two of them make this shop worth going to! The selection and prices are good too but its the people that make it worth while! And these two have gained the shop a loyal customer! – Spade Mercy

I was sold the wrong item on purpose and was not offered a refund or store credit when I brought the item in because it had been over two weeks since I made the purchase. The item was in good condition so I was only offered a small discount for a rolled joint, which is not something I usually smoke or ask for. Max the supervisor was trash can for sure he thinks he owns the place; they recommended some expensive blunt for glass Tip and it wasn’t so went back to tell them. Max said hed fix it do right and did nothing. high prices poor customer service I’d shop elsewhere like coastal was way better all around can’t believe they let that guy work there straight terrible. – Erick Espinoza

Wow. The last time we were in California, the dispensaries were at such a different level than beyond Hello. Beyond hello, is clean and beautifully appointed, so easy to navigate the different types of cannabis you’re looking for, and even more than that the assistance from the staff there was just so informed and pleasant.
