Staff: Superb. Gave me the history lesson as an out of towner and what a historic story it is. First legal dispensary in the US. Selection wise you'll find better options but as far as Google could tell, nothing close, especially if you're camping Point Reyes. This place is a scam. I was charged 4x the rate for a beverage + a 41% tax. I questioned him and should have asked more why each beverage is 2x what is listed on the can plus the outrageous tax, which is not charged elsewhere. I don’t usually do these purchases and didn’t realize how much I was scammed until I got home. I live nearby. Will not be buying from them again. Another local favorite has the same item on sale and I could have bought 4 cans for the price I paid for one. Very irritating to say the least. – Jaime
Buyers beware: A staggering 43–46% “tax” on all products unlike any other dispensary in the Bay Area. I looked up official tax rates in Marin County and Fairfax but found nothing to justify this markup. It really feels misleading. Sadly, it’s the only option nearby. Also, while I truly appreciate the staff – especially the senior team members – the checkout process could be more efficient. It often takes much longer than expected. – Eugene
The waiting process was forever and I had to re-do the application even though I had bought from them a week before hand and waited 30 minutes until i was even at the counter. place was super small, employee at the counter had no idea what they were doing and were super unprofessional, did not provide any customer service at all. Will not be back, I hope no one ever has to go here, there are better options this place is horrible though. – Noah
First impression was really good. Store has a nice atmosphere, friendly service, and a good variety of products to sell. I am impressed by the quality of their goods. Highly recommend checking this place out. – Will Joyce
