One of the employees had initiated an argument with a customer who then went out and grabbed a bag, assumingly with a pew pew and came back very aggressively. The employee started screaming at him telling him to do something and put the bag away. He hid behind my partner and I, then proceeded to get a black bag of his own and then walked to address him back. We thought we were about to be shot at and our lives definitely felt like they were in danger. Be careful :) – Mimi S.
They should have promoted from within or tried harder to keep the old manager on. This was the go to spot for my wife and I. But ever since the new manager took over this place has gone downhill. We will probably cash out whatever points we have and never come back. Which sucks because Ren one of their bud tenders is the absolute best. I hope she finds a better place to work or maybe they fire this new manager who has a terrible attitude and make Ren or any of the older employees a manager cause this place sucks now – jokerxcore
