The only reason it's getting 4/5 is because of the parking and the busy intersection. I've been helped by a few people in there and they're always nice. The security at the front is welcoming and genuinely glad to greet customers. My favorite staff is MARIYAH! That girl knows EVERYTHING in there and hasn't failed me yet. I like going to levels for the jetty products. They have a great selection, though they are prone to running out sooner than I prefer but that's probably due to levels having the best price in town for jetty. The shop is small but I've never had to wait more than a couple minutes for help,and the staff is always friendly,helpful and professional. Shout out to Mariah for giving me great service and remembering my name whenever I come in. They also have a good selection and prices on flower. Try this place over phenos if you're tired of overpriced products and uncaring staff – Matt Brennan
