I really have always appreciated the staff at Authentic, always super kind, non judgemental, and knowledgeable. Today I encountered a self styled associate who made my day, called Atiana. I being older, absolutely enjoyed a chat about fashion and her style. Kind, non judgemental knowledgeable AND fun. Kudos! – Martin Hermes

This space is clean and well-lit, and the layout and displays make it easy to see the great variety of products you have to choose from. Lexie was fantastic! Very knowledgeable about every product that I was interested in. She was efficient and friendly, and her interactions with me were professional and pleasant. – Jocelyn DeSignori

My husband has been coming to Authentic pretty much since they opened. Everyone there knows him but just about EVERY worker there is either super rude to him and rushes him out the door OR they see him walk in and they go running in the back to avoid him….besides one guy. We legit just left Authentic about 15-20 min ago and once again my husband explains how he walked in and he saw them all run to the back besides the best dude that works there. I'm sorry I don't know his name, but I'm sure they all know who I'm talking about. Now, believe me, I know my husband is a difficult customer. I don't go into the store with him because I know how indecisive he is and I myself get impatient. But….he's a CUSTOMER! He isn't buying cannabis just to get high! He's a chronic pain patient and this is his MEDICINE. So of course he's going to have questions or want to do his research because he needs the right product to help his pain. I want to give Authentic 5 stars because we do love you guys! But idk if we will be coming around much longer if these workers don't change their attitudes and my husband has most definitely bought enough cannabis from you guys to be treated with a LITTLE more respect. I've been in customer service my whole work life and even with the difficult customers, we treat them all the same! I thought the cannabis community was like this too but it just shows how unprofessional they are in there. Besides homeboy who took care of my husband! THANK YOU! And I'm sorry I don't have your name. I don't usually leave reviews or complain but this has been going on for months now and it's only gotten worse. So I've had enough and just would like to make Authentic aware that some of their workers are NOT meant for customer service. – Laneea Wilcox
