I've gone here for 3 years and yesterday I bout a $45 disposable, just to discover that it was so clogged that I could barely get any smoke out of it. I went back to the store and I told the bud tender about the issue. She said "we would have to go outside and see the product in use, so I compiled. I hit the pen for 6 seconds. Barely any smoke came out and she said" since some smoke came out" "it can't be returned or exchanged. I had bought the pen that morning, I haven't hit it because I wanted an exchange, and I had my receipt,and was denied any customer service . Honestly probably not gonna shop here any longer I have no tree and now I'm 45 in the hole. – Joshua Israel
