I’m here 2/3 times a week!! I’ve become familiar with several of the employees and have no complaints whatsoever! I’ve went in there in full melt down mode and they have took their time to get me exactly what I needed to help calm me down! They all know their stuff when it comes to what they are selling! Being from Indiana, we are so bass ackwards and will most likely never have dispensaries. A friend and I went to Cincinnati for our birthday so we decided to hit this one, and I was quite impressed. It feels like a doctor's office but actually cleaner and more professional! The process was quite interesting but they definitely cross their T's and dot their I's. They make sure everything is taken care of legally from the moment you walk in the door. They also were all very kind, treated us with great respect and the two behind the dispensary counter were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Again, I was so extremely impressed. AYR's always my top choice. The place is super clean, and I love how they’ve set it up, their product displays catch your eye right when you walk in, and the iPads at each register are perfect if you want to browse while you chat with a budtender.They have an easy-going but professional vibe that makes you feel welcome. The staff have always been awesome, and this time Damonté helped me out—super friendly and knew exactly what to suggest based on what I was looking for. I love AYR's staff. They are always kind and knowledgeable and if they don't know something they can tell you where to find out what you need to know.
