I walked in a bit clueless about what I wanted for the night with a few ideas. Jules was amazing! She was so helpful and very patient, I am a very indecisive person and can take a bit of time but Jules was still all ears and very open & eager to give recommendations when stumped. She had great recommendations and understood my budget. I’ve been here once before and enjoyed the quality of the smoke so I returned but the staff is amazing as well. I was really liking this dispensary until this situation. I was sold some Aeriz flower that was 3 weeks from expiring from usage. You might have just lost you a good customer!!! I did not discover this until I was opening it up at home. YOU GOT ME!! Never again. Thanks a lot. – Anthony Jarrells
this isn’t even my go-to dispensary, I’ve just stopped by twice because the location is convenient and they have 5* on Google. I had a 10/10 experience both times, and this most recent one was during a snowstorm. Best dispensary I’ve ever been to. Parking out front, 0 wait, so many deals (I got a free cart) – truly the lowest prices I’ve ever seen in downtown Chicago. I can’t remember the budtender’s name, but she was fantastic. Seemed very knowledgeable about the products, and everything she recommended has been great. Everyone working there is always super kind. 10/10 dispensary, if you’re choosing between dispensaries in downtown Chicago PLEASE choose this one. – Joy Robinson
I cannot recommend this dispensary enough. I am in Chicago from Denver going through the worst couple of weeks of my adult life. When I walked into the shop the first time I was immediately greeted. After scanning my ID they let me into the back. This is where things got great. I had the good fortune to have Jules as a budtender. After I finished trauma dumping all over them, they helped me pick some great strains for my situation. The amount of compassion they showed me was so far above and beyond their job. We've been back 3 times since and I've gotten to chat with Jules on two of those occasions. They are not only compassionate, but I have loved every strain they have recommended.
