2nd time visiting Chicago, 1st time learning about this place while on vacation! Great experience & customer service overall. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who took the time to answer my questions, but was given a limit amount of what to purchase, since I am not a resident of Illinois. The shop was clean, organized, and had a solid selection of quality products. Prices were fair and the vibe was welcoming. Old/bad product. Most of their products are 6+ months old and they won’t tell you prior to checking out. Have fun with that 10 month old cartridge or eighth! – Jack
