These folks have been nothing short of kind and helpful to me. I am a disabled student. Money is tight and I have chronic pain. Right now all I can afford is shake. As embarrassing for me as it was, I let that staff know I didn’t have a lot to spend. Not only did they NOT judge me, they were incredible. They said they would help me the same as any one else and that they didn’t care how much money I had. They found me several choices at an affordable price. I was even able to get $10 off! It may not seem like much, but when you are in pain and need something and people jump to it like they did, it meals a lot. I normally go to Spark'd and never have problems. This time I purchased a disposable vape and it didn't work. I thought, maybe it just needs charging…. Nope! It doesn't work. I hope this can be resolved. Went to the store next day and they exchanged the vape, no problem! I've had problems at other dispensaries when products don't work but this was very easy. Favorite dispensary in Chicago. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive. I can always find something good at a deal, and appreciate that they have a loyalty points system. And it’s very easy to access via public transit; the blue line is right outside! Love Spark’d. – Amy Nelson
