this dispensary literally sucks now lol. let’s be real you guys are not consistent enough as a business to keep making constant changes and expect people to stay loyal. for a neighborhood spot in andersonville, that’s really disappointing. it’s unfortunate to see it turn into just another illinois weed cash grab instead of something that actually feels rooted in the community. i’ll be taking my business elsewhere. *EDIT* you can’t just keep telling customers they’re having a “better shopping experience” when people are literally telling you the opposite. It honestly it just comes across like you’re trying to convince people their experience isn’t real instead of actually listening to what they’re saying. here are the facts: prices went up on the exact same products. bulk discounts disappeared completely. points didn’t transfer properly during the switch, which means people lost rewards they had already earned. that’s a worse deal period. customers notice when things get more expensive, less rewarding, and harder to use. people aren’t dumb, and they deserve more respect than canned corporate responses that ignore the actual issues being raised. if you actually understood what it means to operate in a community like andersonville where people pay attention, talk, and hold businesses accountable then this kind of feedback wouldn’t be brushed aside like it doesn’t matter. – Boof Goofling
I went for a medical purchase but I was Under a rec profile from before. a lovely gentlemen named Vince helped me situate my account ! What a guy. I was unsure what I wanted when I went inside so I asked for the “dealers choice” and luckily for me I had Chicagos best recreational Budtender Lyzette help me! The product I got based on her recommendation (wifey #2 by Roam ) was fire ! Will be back again . – Xavi Vazquez
I thought they were different when they added the taxes into their prices on the website from the beginning. I know prices are outrageous everywhere in Illinois but I loved being able to know exactly how much I was trying to spend. Now everything is randomly surcharged and taxes are added at the register and I have to make sure I’m not getting overcharged or anything when a completely different number pops up. I usually go elsewhere due to costs but I didn’t have the required time to travel so I came here last minute but this will be the last time. This is the dead canary for dispos in Chicago. Used to be my go-to dispensary. The staff is still wonderful as ever but the website is trash now. You used to be able to see prices with tax included in the menu prices you cannot anymore. The website claims to have been upgraded because now we can see total prices after tax in the cart? Ok we could before the site is literally worse and more expensive and most recently the cart disappeared entirely so I could not find the total price after tax without calling in person. Just a complete downgrade for the sake of greed and telling us it's an upgrade. Literally private equity type behavior very disappointed. – Friday Kat
