I honestly don’t know why this dispensary doesn’t have higher ratings, this is hands-down by far the best experience you will get shopping for marijuana over-the-counter in a dispensary in Illinois and might I say the entire Midwest other dispensaries need to take notes how this operation is ran from the security to the greeter as well as the bud tenders the managers, the entire staff are pleasant! As a customer, they offer the best loyalty rewards program, and if you do not have enough points to redeem money off of your purchase, you always can ask your bartender, and they always provide additional discounts when asked they figure out how to help you save. This location is also very pet friendly and they always have samples from brands. That will come inside the shop and give away giveaway freebies. When it comes to the bartenders, knowing the knowledge of the strands, they are very informative on the product selection. I’ve never spoken to someone and asked about a product and they did not have the personal knowledge about the product. They try what they sell and they know what they’re selling you. Never once did I feel unwelcome never did I feel like my safety was at risk. The location is very small. They get you in and out. They don’t make you wait very long. I love this dispensary! I first visited in April 2023 and it has been in my constant rotation (try to show love to a couple spots in the city). The folks at Nature's Care are so sweet and knowledgeable! I've never had issues with getting the correct price like some other reviews have said: my bud-tender always reviews the order, the cost, and how the ATM fees/change-back play into it. The variety of product, array of weekly deals, and the good vibes keep me coming back. – Caroline Hollahan

THEIR RECEIPTS DO NOT ADD CORRECTLY! This business needs to be investigated for issuing inaccurate receipts. When I pointed out that the totals on their receipts didn’t add up, I was met with hostility and sarcasm from both the manager and a sales associate. Rather than addressing the issue professionally, they mocked my background in finance and made a joke out of something that is very serious. Fraud is not funny. Charging customers an incorrect tax rate and then claiming the receipt is “just an estimate” is weird. I was told to “disregard the higher price” I was being charged — how is that acceptable? I left feeling disrespected, scammed, and genuinely worried for others who may not catch these discrepancies. I will never return to this location, and I strongly urge others to check their receipts carefully — or better yet, take your business elsewhere. – No Name

watch out for this place. Make sure you check your receipt and ask for the cash that you’re due back if you pay by debit card,. I noticed that whenever i’m due cash and they give inaccurate amounts returned. Their receipts subtotals are incorrect and they give you an attitude about it when you ask questions. They think by talking loudly and aggressively you'll let go of the issue. Luckily, I called in, and the manager made sure in this past transaction that my cash was returned. They returned to me $15, which was cash due back and their incorrect sales price. I used to come to this location all the time, I doubt I will return. – J L

Absolute worst shop in Chicago, possibly in the US. The staff here is incompetent, they’re always rushing grabbing the wrong orders…go to Cookies if you’re in the area instead. If they (Nature’s Care) jack your order up they will not make it right. Don’t waste your time here, and if you desperately need to go here check your products before you leave because they won’t! – Lorenzo Jenkins
