BLOC Kedzie is next level 💚 From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly, knowledgeable staff who made the whole experience easy and fun. They helped me walk out with a full bag of indica and indica/hybrid goodies 🛍️💨 — and thanks to their amazing deals, I stayed well within budget 🙌🔥 They also have a great selection of smoking accessories that made it very hard not to buy one of everything 😅 And the art gallery hallway? Absolutely stunning 🎨 Loved seeing beautiful work from local artists — it gave the space such a creative, welcoming vibe. I cut my thumb on Thursday after I opened a broken jagged jar with the lid and seal on that I purchased at Bloc dispensary on Kedzie. Nightmare. I was on my way to mpls. Bled everywhere and spent my train ride in pain with a thumb that wouldn't stop bleeding. Please check your jars before leaving the dispensary and especially before you twist the cap. Horrible. I've spent my trip in pain. I called the dispensary and explained the situation. I was told the message would be passed on to the manager. No one reached out at all. Not kool. That's why I'm posting the pics here, so this NEVER happens to anyone again. *Update They compensated me, with an attitude. but The girl who handled it, did not want to replace the strain I originally purchased. I actually had to argue to have my strain replaced. They instead gave me products that were not my preference and subpar prerolls. They replaced the strain but took back the $25 credit they originally offered. No apology. The female little blond manager instead had an attitude and treated me like I was in the wrong. Horrible service. Shout out to the front desk guy who was the only person who asked if I was compensated and said sorry that it happened. – Yvette Iris

I love this place. They have real good sales and a points system. It’s super clean. Plus their staff is amazing! Their security guards/main desk guys are so sweet and serious bout their job. Thank you both! Best deals I’ve found in the entire north side so far. – amanda coppola
