Iāve had great and not so great experiences shopping here. They tend to have good customer service and fairly knowledgeable budtenders, however they seem more concerned about getting you discounts and rewards than curating the right lineup of products for you. The bud selection is hit or miss depending on what they have in. I always cringe when I got to buy from a brand I like and all they are carrying is popcorn nugs. Freshness can be an issue too, not just here but Illinois in general, I always ask to see harvest dates for that reason. So yea I think they can make some improvements but overall Bloc beats 9 out of 10 Illinois dispensaries. – Ben Knape
