Visited this establishment while on a trip to Chicago. The outside was clean and the building has cool curb appeal. Once we entered the building the experience was great. Everyone that worked there was very pleasant and helpful. I would mention them all by name but I lost the paper they wrote their names on. We had stellar conversation with everyone and my husband and the manager were vibin' on various stories about life. They recommended excellent products as well. The prices were amazing and they offer a great selection. The business has a kiosk style format but they have someone there to assist – if needed. There is also an on-site ATM available for your service. We'd definitely return the next time we're in town. I highly recommend it and encourage y'all to check them out. People here are nice. Sometimes good deals. HOWEVER, they literally rip you off. You get charged for checking your balance on the ATM and debit readers, even if you reject checking it. Literal fraud. I won't be coming back to support that garbage. Who ever made that decision should be fired. To whoever responded: you totally missed what I said there. You get charged $3 dollars for pulling money out, which is "fine", but you get charged ANOTHER $3 dollars for checking your balance, even if you didn't. That's the fraud. And if a vendor you use is defrauding your customers, you should stick up for your customers instead of washing your hands of it. – Lou Zealand
