I need to give a huge shout out to Juan! I was in Saturday 5/23/26 and he went above and beyond to help me get what I was needed. I explain to him the feelings and mood I wanted which was present, emotionally open, and sonically immersed!! Take me to space but I can see have clarity and be creative. 😆 Listen Juan said I got you!!! He took his time and showed me several items. Explained each ingredient and the effects directly and clearly! As a neurodivergent this was huge for me! Listen I get the ingredients and % but I need a Juan with me. Tell me that my car could be on fire and this will make me calmly say “mmm that’s burning” and turn around like it’s no big deal! After his amazing customer service I suggested that dispensaries need to set up their shops based on the mood and feeling you want to experience. Becuase I could straight go to AUTISM and ADHD SECTIONS.. and look through sections called – If you want to go talk to Jesus and come and tell others” – I’m shy but I want to enjoy myself too! – Juan “take this if you wanna chill, sit back outside, still be present but you floating – does your thoughts have thoughts and you need to focus? Lol I’m sooooooo serious but thanks again Juan! I got me some goodies and can’t wait to come back and tell you how it went. Came in the other day a little nervous as this was my first time at a dispensary. My “budtender” (haha) Carolyn (I hope I spelled it right) was so welcoming and knowledgeable and was able to recommend me products for my desired feeling state. Overall pretty good experience here. Visited this establishment while on a trip to Chicago. The outside was clean and the building has cool curb appeal. Once we entered the building the experience was great. Everyone that worked there was very pleasant and helpful. I would mention them all by name but I lost the paper they wrote their names on. We had stellar conversation with everyone and my husband and the manager were vibin' on various stories about life. They recommended excellent products as well. The prices were amazing and they offer a great selection. The business has a kiosk style format but they have someone there to assist – if needed. There is also an on-site ATM available for your service. We'd definitely return the next time we're in town. I highly recommend it and encourage y'all to check them out.
