Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable! Product selection and quality more than satisfactory. Prices are on par with other Chicago dispensaries, but Green Rose seems to offer better/more fequent volume discounts/rebate incentives. – Joseph Nast

Came to the store today and as soon as I was allowed inside I was met with one of the biggest and happiest smiles I’ve ever seen from their Budtender named Vincent. The store itself has a beautiful interior design, with their products scattered all around the store, all beckoning to you as if you were a kid walking into a candy shop. Vincent immediately brought me over to a kiosk where after having asked me what I was looking for he helped me pick out exactly that. He then proceeded to bring me over to the register where the checkout process was one of the most fast and seamless I’ve experienced. All in all, I could not be happier with my experience there, both with Vincent and the remaining Green Rose team. 5/5 stars, will be happily returning again. – Stefan Miljanovic

I came in the buy for the first time a day or so ago & i just have to say, I 100% loved the deals you guys offered and the place well kept. Very nice and clean. I also got to say I love the wallpaper and the fact it’s an old bank building. I would like to thank an employee for helping me out , she was well mannered and very sweet. As friendly as the staff is the product isn't good. In my floracal farms product I had more stems than anything. Then most jars are blackened out so you cant see the product inside and when you open your just left disappointed. Don't get me started on taxes! No wonder once I moved back to the city from Vegas everyone told me to just take the trip to Michigan. Cheaper taxes, cheaper and better product. You just need to put the time in for the drive and that's what I'll be doing from now on. – Michael Gonzalez
