Would love to give a better review as I’ve had pleasant experiences in the past. Product came faulty, I came back 5 mins after purchase to let budtenders know. As a budtender myself, I know the policy when it comes to faulty product, and have handled faulty product being on the other side of the counter. I was met with attitude and a card telling me to video myself with the faulty product in order to get a refund? And then was told it was “Illinois policy” First budtender was incredible. Second one needs to get corrected. I also double checked with Illinois regulations to make sure I was right ( and to curb the gaslighting from budtender number 2) and I confirmed my suspicions. Will not be coming back and if you want to waste your time and money you know where to go! – Alina Pawl-Castanon
