As a loyal customer, I am extremely disappointed by the terrible customer service from Management today at 2pm. I placed an online order for pick up. The sale price was listed at $87.75, but the total at final check out did not include the daily 35% off discount. I thought this issue could be easily fixed at the store, but I was sadly mistaken. I arrive & explain to the rep. He grabs a Manager to adjust the price and she has issues in the system. She then grabs a CALCULATOR 🚩and is entering her own numbers in the system. Another Manager approaches to say she saw the same issue with this product the other day and “an employee had to argue with the customer about it”. 🚩I’m then told the total is $150…I ask how that’s possible and she says the extra $62.25 on top of the sale price is coming from taxes which is absolutely incorrect. I’m then given the excuse that they have to charge per 8th when this is clearly a bundle from IC Collective. They said their own website is wrong & that has nothing to do with them. These Managers did not apologize, made no effort to match the advertised price, or further investigate the system error. They boldly spread misinformation on this product, and I will be sharing that with IC Collective brand. I will NOT be returning. – Anyssa Arceo

Had a good visit stopping by to pick up some product! Mathew helped me out at the counter for the first time. He was great and so was the rest of the crew, I believe they were James and Steph, who have helped me previously. Hopefully I’ll catch Arturo or Amber next time! Honestly the whole staff is helpful and easy to talk to, love stopping in here. – john richardson
