Saige was great. He was kind, easygoing and funny. And we’re both gingers!! We chatted for a second about that! And then it went from us two, to three to four all up front at the same time. It made my little redheaded heart happy! ❤️ – Brianne Coleman

Update-06/26/26-I received a call about a day or two after my original post from a Zen Leaf customer service rep. I believe his name was Eddie?" He was very professional, apologetic and full-throated about making sure my valid complain was noted and communicated to the staff at that location. Prior to that call the only staff I never had an issue with and are always helpful when ever I interacted with them is a gentlemen by the name of Sage and a woman. Unfortunately I've never caught her name, but she is white, about 5'2/3 with jet black hair. However after that call with the rep I've noticed other staff over these several weeks have been way more attentive to when medical patients are in the line and making sure to take us ahead of recreational patients when it's our turn. —————————————————————————————————– I've held my tongue for the past year about this but today it really got to me. I am a medical patient and specifically have that license because of a debilitating knee condition. Therefore I can not stand on my feet for too long without excruciating pain. However I swear since Iast year, this store in particular has made it a policy to alternate between staff behind the desk who's taking medical and whose taking rec customers. This has led to the staff not keeping proper check on who came in first. Not to mention what is the point of having a separate medical line, if say on a MEDICAL discount Monday one of the staffers doesn't pay attention to the fact that there were only two people in line total-one rec, one med(myself), takes the rec, then when a young, woman comes into the rec line, the staffer conveniently forgets he called another rec ahead of me when he waives her over in front of me. Luckily she was kind enough to notice the issue and let me go ahead. Really wish management will train staff up front properly to remind them having a medical card isn't about just a discount and thus we can wait in line forever. – Loren Thomas

I got assistance immediately — which I néeded, since it was my first visit ever. Saige was bright as the sun☀️, and answered my questions with knowledgeable ease. As part of my orientation, he expeditiously opened an account for me. Then he took me on a Zen Leaf verbal adventure by giving Company information, discussing product taste — and explaining the expected effect of each edible. Saige wisely helped me select an assortment that will definitely meet my needs. (Well, most of them) I appreciate the high quality customer service and the engaging friendliness of your salespeople (Saige!). I look forward to a gummy fruitful association with your company. Thanks, Kat – Kathy Carter-Nelson

Curly haired light skin chick with a silver nose ring is VERY VERY rude. I go in Zenleaf, often. Everyone is so sweet but her. This was today at 10:35am. I was waiting for her to say “step up” like someone at the counter ALWAYS DOES. I didn’t want to be rude and she just stared at me like I did something wrong. DO BETTER! Giving attitude at 10 in the morning? Go home then. – Bri

Great customer service as always. Except this lady security guard yelling at me about parking just because someone previous to me was parked where she didn’t want. She thought i was gonna do the same and she started yelling at me saying who knows what when i was just trying to reverse into a different spot. She’s out of line and when i was walking out the store she was yelling to another customer about me. I find this childish and honestly not necessary. She needs to go. She thinks she owns the parking lot and that she can talk to grown adults like they’re children. I don’t even speak like that to my kids. It’s unreal to be honest. Will definitely do my best to avoid this dispensary for the simple fact that the mall cop thinks she can be rude to customers. – Jr Cheves
