Amazing shop. Awesome employees. Great managers that actually help and care. My only complaint is the some brands just need better QC cresco mainly just avoid them and your good. Had an issue was taken care of quick and professionally. Unfortunately i still ended up with a bad quality cart from cresco yet again. just will take the loss sadly but glad they tried to help. I’ve been going to Cloud 9 in East Peoria regularly and it’s one of my favorite dispensaries. The staff is genuinely cool and kind, no rush, just helpful vibes every time. Emily always hooks it up with the best choices and great recommendations. Clean store, solid selection, competitive prices, and daily deals make it a go-to spot. Ryan (at the Camp street store) was great, he was informative, not pushy, yet there to let me know all the information I needed to complete my order. Most of all, he was respectful of me, and that meant more than I can say. Sometimes it doesn’t take much at all to help others feel welcome.
