Been going for two years, never had any mishaps or disruptions, but my last three visits bought some pre-rolls pre-rolls were not inside sent a video in never received my refund. I bought half ounce of sativa product from good green and high supply was shortened by 3 g came out to 4.2 do not recommend horrible return policies and refunds. Customer service is great until you actually need something. I will not recommend coming here or wasting your money if they’re not gonna give you your actual product. – Davonta McDonald
Ive been here a few times gotten orders for friends ,and gotten items for myself everytime has been a good experience. Last night 5/20/26 around 7ish. Went in to get bud for my girl. There was 2 budtenders the one I got was not friendly. Her name was Adri and she was Rude from the start of our interaction. She didnt great me didnt look up just say Pre order or what. I said yes picking up for my girl. She gave me some hassle but got the order for me. Then just handed me the bud no bag. I said appreciate it and she said next just bushing me aside. Felt pretty disrespected so figure id write this to warn other if you see Adri avoid you will have a bad time. Thankfully the bud was amazing but I wont be doing business at this location later imma call the number on my ticket to let them know too. – Drew Matheny

Place is coming together swell, used to go to only trinity now I only go here, staff is always friendly and prices are killer. Recommend this place to anyone. And a shout out to Sloan who was very knowledgeable and friendly and made the stop more enjoyable – Hunter Hutchens
