Awesome customer service. Probably some of the best in all of Colorado Springs. My order was placed and confirmed to be packed via my email but when I arrived they were out of the high potency strain I had driven across town for on a deal. This was actually weed maps fault and to no fault of the dispensary. The manager retrieved by the bud tender was more than willing to satisfy the inconvenience and even offered me their highest potency strain at the discounted price of the deal I originally came for. I have never been treated this well at any other dispensary. I will definitely be making the drive to come back. Great dispensary great employees. Very satisfied customer. – Chipper Jones
Don’t go here if you’re Medical. You are not welcome. They ask for a provider certification EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU VISIT. I gave them my PC in July, since I was a customer before they had rec. then I gave it to them again on January 7th…10th…and 16th. Nobody could seem to find the same certification I’ve sent multiple times even though I’ve been allowed to shop there on January 7, 2026 AND January 10, 2026. Today the clerk made me search for 16 minutes until I found the email from 1/10 and resent it. I walked out. I’m not going to PAY them to treat me like that.
