Went in today ( not my first time) and Hannah was so helpful and informative! I will be back. Got my gummies to help me sleep. So glad there is finally recreational marijuana in Colorado Springs so no more drives to Pueblo. Thank you Hannah!!😊 – Dawn Conway
I've Been a loyal customer of the epic remedy for seven years now . Not a single complaint has escaped my lips until now. They used to deliver impeccable customer service and top-notch products at a fair price. But recently, they decided to cater to the recreational crowd in Colorado Springs, and my first visit to their new split-style store was a nightmare. Medical patients are now treated like second-class citizens, crammed into a tiny corner with no assistance in sight. The selection is pitiful. This transition is a slap in the face to the medical community. My first impression left me seething with disappointment. – ryan rooker
No one told me they had a $3 charge for cards. I was informed when I called AFTER, that they had a $3 charge for cards or $2 atm charge. The person I spoke to claimed that they told me but they did not, then she hung up on me mid conversation. When I called back she said she thought I hung up even though I was speaking… At least be 100% transparent with customers. Even ATMS give ample notice. I will be speaking to my bank about the extra charges that were not communicated to me. – Sade Young
DO NOT GO IF MED your selections are now reduced significantly now that they are open for rec. I was told to stay in a green little box and the med section seemed a fraction of what it use to be. Med patients can ONLY buy an oz. I go out of my way to be a med client to be treated less than. I won't return unless they change this. I was really enjoying going there before this. EDIT: I hear you I will check out the store but it doesn't feel right to be inconvenience but like I said I do enjoyed it there so I will try it ty for the response it's appreciated – Tina Landis
I used to love this location but they have drastically gone downhill since starting to do recreational. I went in today to buy a quarter on the med side and they had nothing but full ounces for me. I asked if they could divide one of the said ounces for me and was told no. They said if I wanted to buy an 1/8 or quarter to simply buy from the rec side. What is the point of having my med card then? Like someone else commented, medical patients seemingly are treated second-class now and have a tiny little counter space compared to rec. I left without purchasing a single thing after spending thousands at this location in the last couple years. Not sure if I’ll return unless they have more options for med like they previously had. Edit: I understand the Academy & Austin Bluffs location will stay open only for Med but it doesn’t excuse having no options for med clients at other stores including this one. I went to this location for convenience sake and don’t want to drive 15+ mins north to have the same experience you used to offer. – Brendan Johnson
