I'm not a reviews kind of guy -combination of occupational trauma and AuDHD- but that's how fantastic Kayla is! It's already a vibe to chitchat with your bud-tender (am 34, we used to wait 3 days in a parking lot reenacting "Don't be suspicious, don't be suspicious" after being told by the plug "be there in 15"), but Kayla really goes above and beyond in treating each interaction with kind humor. They even made it a point to get my preferred name updated, and promised to remember. Keep up the great work, Kayla! Keep being sweet, too. Don't let customer service take that from you!!
