Rude budtenders and literally nobody at the front desk. They make you wait for 15 minutes with zero signs explaining anything, and then the budtenders give you dirty looks for trying to see if anyone is there. EDIT: Thank you for your response. I think you guys have very high quality products, and the store's aesthetics are relaxing! I was thrown off by my recent experience. I look forward to coming back. – Austin Gaun
This place is great they have great product and prices as soon as you walk in you have a 500 lb Pillsbury doughboy in shades setting the mood with a customized song. I’ll definitely be there every week. Can’t get service like this anywhere else! – Daniel
Every time I come to this dispensary I have to wait minimum of 5-8 minutes in the lobby before getting through security. Prices and deals are great but wish they had better staffing to attend their customers. – Julio Camposs
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE PLS READ Went to this dispensary on 11/02 to purchase Lazercat Rosin. Asked the bud tender if there were any displays available and was told there weren't any displays available. As soon as I left the dispensary and entered my car I noticed I was sold an OPEN CONTAINER. Golden meds essentially sold me a display Rosin bucket at full price. Not too mention the open container had half the amount the other sealed bucket had. Immediately went back inside for an exchange just to be told no manager was available and was outside of their authority. I called everyday for a week and spoke to a new person everyday. None of the staff could connect me to an appropriate manager. Keep in mind their staff had taken photos and documented my issue. I really think they played me for my sale and nobody could care less about my concerns and no manager ever called me back. Finally I spoke with someone on Thursday 11/06 and they agreed to replace the Rosin bucket if I could come in the next day. Mind you I had time that day to go and grab it. I agreed to the deal but that week I had my dad coming into town and had no time to pick it up on Friday. Since the first week of November I have gotten extremely busy and have not had time to pick up the exchange. It's just disappointing to say the least how they handled my concerns and had no regard for me as a customer or my time. I plan to return to Golden Meds for the exchange and will update my review accordingly considering how they handle my "Promised" exchange. One of those places to get a decent deal on buds, pens, etc, but the customer service is trash when you ask about sales all the bud tenders act like they don’t know what you’re talking about. Having all these ppl waiting in a small wait area only to let all of us back at once. Very unsafe and unorganized. – Dazyre Collins
