The staff is always knowledgeable at this location. The security guard, from the second you walk in, is kind. William greeted me this time for a quick, seamless purchase. He recommended his favorite products and flavors which were welcomed. He helped me set up the app to pay and was kind and patient the whole time. I love this location. I had such a great experience shopping here. Coming from WA it's nice to have budtenders that are not only knowledgeable about the product but actually friendly and willing to go through them and answer all of my questions. I've been to a few different shops in Montana and Colorado on my drive over and the green solution finally made me feel like I was at home. I didn't catch the security guards name, but he was really friendly and patient with me (My ID has a messed up barcode and needed extra verification). Erika was so nice and very knowledgeable about the products. She made really great suggestions. Alex, same thing… friendly, knowledgeable. I feel like they both actually listened to me and took care to make sure I was getting the best products. You could tell they actually take pride in their job and I really appreciate their help. I don't think I'll try any other shops in the area before I leave, Green Solution is fire. I don't know what y'all are paying your employees… but give that crew a raise! – Whitney Kelly
The staff are FABULOUS. Knowledgeable. Caring. The kind you get to know and think of as family. They are what keep me coming in the door as a regular. BUT… The way the owners have COMPLETELY gutted this store of the good brands and strains should be considered criminal neglect. If Classix, 7 brand, and REAL concentrates, came back! This store could flourish. It seems to the regular customer they are trying to kill our neighbors store for other COLFAX stores, 2 close together I may add. I won't go to them, I won't transition, I'll boycott completely like I did target! They will lose a regular, high paying, devoted, customer if we do not get our Montview location back to groove again. DO SOMETHING COOPERATE. You say you care about women veterans, then show it. Fix my neighbourhood dispensary! Otherwise I boycott everything you own, not just TGS. – Ashley Wickham

Verireen is one of the coolest at the place. The place rocks. I'll come here at least once a week. That's the best place to come to. Just came in on a Friday and Erica was a God damn rock star. She is one of the best in there. Verireen once again proved customer service isn't dead. She's the coolest! – Anthony Nichols
