DANGEROUS MISLABELING AND APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! My recent visit to this dispensary on a Friday night around 11 PM was incredibly disappointing and even concerning. What began as a simple request for a product quickly turned into a bizarre and hostile encounter. I explicitly asked for an indica-dominant strain and was sold Apricot Haze, which the employee initially insisted was an indica.When I pointed out that Apricot Haze is a sativa-dominant hybrid, she simply changed her story and said it was a hybrid and the only option they had. I believe the employee's name was Mikayla or something similar. This is not just a matter of preference; it's a matter of safety. Mislabeling products can be dangerous for consumers, as different strains have very different effects and can interact unpredictably with a person's body and mental state. When I asked for clarification on the strain because the packaging contained no information, the employee became argumentative and could not provide any.To make matters worse, she refused to offer a refund or exchange, even for an unopened package, forcing me to accept her mistake. Her refusal to engage in a respectful customer interaction, shocking lack of accountability, and failure to even offer an apology were completely unprofessional.It's a shame that a simple retail transaction was made so difficult and unpleasant. I walked in already having a horrible day. Sean D was at the front and he was extremely racist. I didn't say a word at all and he said, "Im sorry I no speako españolo. Españolo muy poquito." Then proceeds to say I handed over the phone like If I only spoke Spanish. How can an action have a language? Im so disappointed because this was my home store and the store i felt most comfortable in. Now it's ruined. Thanks Sean D! I would give this place 0 starts if I could!…. edit. Some of the employees are really rude and disrespectful.. went with a valid issues government mexican ID and employee acted really rude when other employees have accepted it here . They have good reviews because they offer a 5cent joints for good reviews not because they offer good service – Ivan Alcocer
