i drive from Brighton to this store because i’ve always loved all of the employees and fast service. However, i just went there, walked in, stood at counter for probably 4-5 min. another customer came in behind me when a guy finally comes out and says, sorry i need to clock in before i can help you. i’ve actually had this same guy before and he just has a weird demeanor and doesn’t seem at all knowledgeable nor is he friendly. i tried to purchase 6 chocolate bars as well and he got them all out then scanned and took two away saying my computer system won’t allow me to sell these other two. so, i had to get a different flavor? just weird. i’m considering trying some places closer to home. Believe his name is Rito, if my receipt is correct. the other employees have all been absolutely wonderful but this guy needs some training in good customer service. – Emily Dodge
Jessica. Made. My. Day. You know when you’re having an incredibly bad day and everything is not working and you just need a little empathy and patience. That’s exactly what I got here at Nature’s Medicine a wonderful experience and great customer service when I needed it the most. From start to finish Jessica was helpful and kind, I feel incredibly lucky to have stumbled upon this place on maps after a real bad experience from a fellow medical shop nearby.
