Not sure why I haven’t reviewed this place yet. Great budtenders, super friendly and happy faces. I smoke concentrates mainly so I haven’t tried their flower. Just a few free pre rolls here and there with promos. I like their house wax on a budget, they also have nomad which I fw as well when on a budget. I don’t shop for rosin here, but that is because I have a dedicated rosin shop that I like and trust. They do carry good rosin products and they also carry the products of the rosin shop I go to. I just like to go to the source for it, no shade lol Overall, this place is right down the street from me and I know I’m going to go see some happy faces and get a good high for a good price when I go here. – CJ Burnette

First time going here tonight and the guys don’t know there products or care to ask if I have the right vap pen to use with there cartridges… I go home and it doesn’t fit so I call and was told bring it back with receipt … I do and once there they tell me they can’t exchange but can sell me the right battery for the one they just sold me 30 min ago omg really then why tell me to come back with receipt just to be told I have to buy a different battery and they will give me a deal … yeah the deal was another $10 wow that’s how they treat new customers I told the guy it should be free… that is not good customer service and we won’t be back and I’m telling everyone Do Not go here they are trying to scam people for more money by making them buy something else when they knew I did not use the product was still in package yet they can’t exchange is what they told me😡wish they would have said this to begin with wow what an experience in going here never again !!! Bad Customer Service …Will take my business elsewhere!! One other thing they need a receptionist to check people in only 3 guys working had to wait 15 min just to be sold more stuff that I didn’t want !! Reply to your reply: Already tried to talk to your employee the night this happened… he was not very helpful so thanks anyway found another dispensary that is able to help me in what I need going forward. … just let your employees know sometimes customers are right and to go with there requests 🤔 you lost our business and others I’m sure now 😞 – Donna Martinez
i drive from Brighton to this store because i’ve always loved all of the employees and fast service. However, i just went there, walked in, stood at counter for probably 4-5 min. another customer came in behind me when a guy finally comes out and says, sorry i need to clock in before i can help you. i’ve actually had this same guy before and he just has a weird demeanor and doesn’t seem at all knowledgeable nor is he friendly. i tried to purchase 6 chocolate bars as well and he got them all out then scanned and took two away saying my computer system won’t allow me to sell these other two. so, i had to get a different flavor? just weird. i’m considering trying some places closer to home. Believe his name is Rito, if my receipt is correct. the other employees have all been absolutely wonderful but this guy needs some training in good customer service. – Emily Dodge
